Our talented kitchen team of six young Khmer chefs is one of the best in town. Led by our head chef a proud graduate of Ecole Paul Dubrule, one of Siem Reap’s most prestigious hospitality schools the team brings skill, passion, and creativity to every plate. To ensure authenticity and high standards, our chefs have also received additional training from a professional Belgian chef, including advanced hygiene practices and Western culinary techniques.

The Rambutan Bar – Cocktails, Wine & More

Our poolside bar offers a wide range of drinks to suit every mood from fresh juices, smoothies, and locally brewed beers to fine wines and barista-made coffee and tea. Between 1 PM and 10 PM, our experienced bartenders craft signature cocktails, many made with house-infused spirits and unique tropical ingredients.

Not into alcohol? No problem we also serve a refreshing selection of non-alcoholic cocktails, fruit smoothies, and mocktails that are just as flavourful.
